What is a TikTok Ads Pixel ID?

A TikTok Ads Pixel ID is a unique identifier automatically assigned to your TikTok Pixel when you create it in TikTok Ads Manager.

Its purpose is to:

  • Identify your pixel and connect it to the correct TikTok ad account and campaigns

  • Track user actions on your website such as views, clicks, sign-ups, and purchases

  • Send event data back to TikTok Ads Manager for reporting, audience creation, and optimization

  • Improve attribution and targeting by linking website activity to your TikTok ads

Configuration Steps

Step 1: Access TikTok Events Manager

Step 2: Select Your Pixel

  • In Events Manager, select "Data sources"

  • You will see a list of your available Pixels (if you have already created one)

  • Once you have a Upstack Data Pixel, click on its name in the list. You will be taken to the Pixel’s overview page.

Note: If you haven't created a pixel yet, you'll need to create one first before generating a Pixel ID.
