Navigate to TikTok Sales Channel → Settings in Shopify
Go to Data sharing → Click "Disconnect" next to Share Data
Click "Disconnect" in the Disconnect Pixel tracking popup
⚠️Important: Most causes of duplicate events occur because multiple TikTok Pixel integrations are active on your site. You must disable TikTok Sales Channel Data Sharing and ensure no other TikTok Ads pixel apps are installed.
Deactivation Steps
Step 1: Access TikTok Settings
On the Sidebar, click TikTok Sales Channel → select Settings
Step 2: Disconnect Data Sharing
Go to Data sharing section
Step 3: Apply Disconnect
Click the Disconnect button
Step 5: Disconnect Pixel Tracking
Click Disconnect in the "Disconnect Pixel tracking?" popup
