# LTV CM4: Lifetime Operating Profit Value

> Track LTV CM4 for your Shopify store. Measure the total operating profit a customer generates over their relationship with your brand.

  LTV CM4 measures the total operating profit (after all costs including OPEX) a customer generates over their lifetime—the true bottom-line value per customer.

Your Shopify store has **\$200,000** total CM4 from **10,000** customers.

LTV CM4 shows the fully-loaded profit per customer after all costs. This is the ultimate measure of customer value—how much each customer contributes to your bottom line.
