For your tracking events to fire correctly in Shopify, you need to ensure the Upstack Data Pixel app embed is enabled in your theme. Once complete, we recommend a test purchase to verify conversion tracking is working properly.
Steps to Enable Upstack Data Theme Extension
Step 1: Access Your Shopify Admin
Log in to your Shopify Store admin account
Step 2: Navigate to Themes
On the Sidebar, click Online Store → Themes
Step 3: Open Theme Customizer
Click the Customize button in the Theme section
Step 4: Access App Embeds
On the left sidebar of the theme customizer, click the App Embeds icon.
Step 5: Enable Upstack Data Pixel
In the list, locate "UpStackified Pixel" and toggle the switch to enable it
Click the Save button to apply changes
Step 6: Verify Activation
Once enabled, the "UpStackified Pixel" will show as active with a green check mark or "Enabled" status
