How to Disable Snapchat Data Sharing in Shopify

This guide shows how to disable Snapchat’s data sharing to prevent duplicate tracking and ensure Upstack Data remains your single source of accurate conversion data.

How to Disable Snapchat Data Sharing in Shopify

  1. Log in to your Shopify Store

  2. From your Shopify admin homepage, click the Sales channels tab in the left-hand menu

  3. Select "Snapchat Ads" → ensure that you are under the "Settings" tab

    Note: You may also use the search function to locate the Snapchat sales channel

  4. Navigate to the "Data sharing" tab

  5. Go to the Pixel ID section then find your connected Snapchat Pixel

  6. Click "Disconnect" to unlink it from Shopify
