How to Setup Sendlane Enrichment of Contact ID via UTM Tracking

Setup a Custom UTM Parameter to enable enrichment of your First Party data

  1. Navigate to sendlane -> Settings -> UTM Tracking https://app.sendlane.com/utm-tracking

  1. Add a new "Customer Parameter" named "sendlane_cid"

  1. Click Save Changes
