Returning Customer Total COGS: How to Calculate It in Upstack

Returning Customer Total COGS is product cost plus COGS-category order fees on returning customer orders. Upstack doesn’t ship it as a single measure, but you can build it as a custom measure from the measures it does have.

Formula

Returning Customer Total COGS = RC COGS + RC Other COGS

Build it as a custom measure

In a custom dashboard, open Custom Measures, set the format to Currency and the period total to Sum, then enter:

orders.returning_customer_cogs + orders.returning_customer_other_cogs
