Returning Customer Transaction Cost: How to Calculate It in Upstack

Returning Customer Transaction Cost is payment gateway fees plus Transaction-category order fees on returning customer orders. Upstack doesn’t ship it as a single measure, but you can build it as a custom measure from the measures it does have.

Returning Customer Transaction Cost = RC Gateway Cost + RC Other Transaction Cost

Build it as a custom measure

In a custom dashboard, open Custom Measures, set the format to Currency and the period total to Sum, then enter:

orders.returning_customer_gateway_cost + orders.returning_customer_other_transaction_cost
