New Customer Fulfillment Cost: How to Calculate It in Upstack

New Customer Fulfillment Cost is shipping, handling and Fulfillment-category order fees on new customer orders. Upstack doesn’t ship it as a single measure, but you can build it as a custom measure from the measures it does have.

Formula

New Customer Fulfillment Cost = NC Shipping Cost + NC Handling Cost + NC Other Fulfillment Cost

Build it as a custom measure

In a custom dashboard, open Custom Measures, set the format to Currency and the period total to Sum, then enter:

orders.new_customer_shipping_cost + orders.new_customer_handling_cost
+ orders.new_customer_other_fulfillment_cost
