The three Blended subscription metrics combine the subscriptions Meta and TikTok attribute to your ads. In the Upstack app they appear as Channel Subscriptions, Channel Subscriptions Value, and Channel Cost per Subscription.

Where the numbers come from

TikTok reports subscriptions in separate website, onsite, and offline fields, and Upstack adds the three. Meta results use the attribution window on your Meta connection, 7-day click and 1-day view by default. Subscription values are converted to your reporting currency at each day’s rate.

The cost metric counts Meta and TikTok spend only

Blended Cost per Subscription divides Meta and TikTok spend by the subscriptions those two platforms report. Google Ads spend is left out, because none of Google’s results are in the count. In the app the formula reads Meta + TikTok Spend ÷ Subscriptions. For example, a coffee subscription brand has 410 Meta subscriptions on 12,300 in spend, 90 TikTok subscriptions on 3,200, and 6,000 of Google spend: If Google matters to your subscription goal, use Google All Conversions for its side, or compare platforms one at a time with Meta Cost per Subscribe and TikTok Cost per Subscribe.

Platform counts versus your own

Meta and TikTok each count subscriptions they can attribute to their own ads, so a subscriber who saw ads on both can be credited twice. To check against what your site recorded, use Subscribe from the Upstack Pixel.

FAQ

They count whatever your site or server sends to Meta and TikTok as a subscribe event. Check what that event represents in your setup before reading the number as paid subscriptions.
The subscription events reach Meta and TikTok without a value. The count still appears in Blended Subscriptions.
Upstack imports Google’s conversion totals but not a per-action subscription count. Google subscription conversions, if tracked, sit inside Google All Conversions.
