Shopify billing

If you’re billed through Shopify, uninstalling the Upstack Data app cancels your subscription automatically. You won’t be charged after the app is removed. If you ever want to use Upstack Data again, you can reinstall and your store can be reconnected — see Install Upstack on Shopify.

Stripe (direct) billing

If you pay by credit card through Stripe, uninstalling is not enough. Cancel from the dashboard:
  1. Log in to your Upstack Data dashboard and go to Settings → Billing.
  2. Click the red Cancel button and confirm.
