If your dashboard data doesn’t look accurate, don’t worry — this usually happens when an integration isn’t fully connected or data syncing is still in progress.

What to check first

1. Verify your integrations

Make sure Shopify, Facebook, Google Ads, Klaviyo, and your other platforms are all properly connected in Upstack Data. See connecting marketing channels for the connection flow.

2. Check connection permissions

Ensure you have admin access on each platform and that data-sharing or pixel permissions are correctly enabled.

3. Allow time for syncing

It may take a few hours for new or updated connections to reflect in your dashboard. See events delayed in dashboard.

4. Review your tracking setup

Follow the setup guides for your integrations to confirm all tags and pixels are firing correctly — start with how to troubleshoot your pixel.
