The Meta EMQ page shows the Event Match Quality scores Meta calculates for your dataset. Stale means Upstack last updated them more than 26 hours ago.

When does it refresh?

Upstack checks Meta for new scores every 4 hours, automatically, so the page usually updates every 4 to 8 hours. There’s no refresh button. The badge next to Last updated shows how recent the scores are:

Why isn’t it updating?

If the page has said Stale for more than a day, Upstack has stopped reading scores for your Meta destination. Check these first:
  1. Conversions API isn’t set up on the destination. Upstack reads EMQ with the destination’s Conversions API access token and Pixel ID. Open your Meta destination under Destinations and check that it’s enabled, that Tracking Method is Server or Browser + Server, and that the access token and Pixel ID are filled in.
  2. You have more than one Meta destination. The page shows the first enabled Meta destination. Check that it’s the one you expect.
If both are fine, contact support. Upstack also pauses EMQ updates while it’s having trouble delivering events to a destination, even when the destination card shows Healthy. We can check that and run the update for you.
Scores of 0.0/10 that keep updating are a different problem. See Why is my Meta EMQ Panel Showing Zeros (0.0/10)?

Where can I see the current score in the meantime?

In Meta Events Manager, open your dataset and select an event. Meta shows its Event match quality score there. It’s the same score Upstack displays.
