How It Works

Select Promotion fires when a shopper clicks, taps, or otherwise interacts with a promotional element. The event captures the promotion name, creative, and placement to help you understand which campaigns drive engagement. This metric counts all promotion interactions regardless of whether the shopper subsequently converts.
